Pedro no tenía ninguna razón para seguir viviendo. No había visto a su familia desde hacía más de 25 años. Se arrepintió de su antigua vida y eligió no volver más. Lavó sus pecados con la sangre de Jesús a través del bautismo en agua e inmediatamente, el espíritu de Dios lo llenó.

The Lord is the same yesterday, today, and forever. He is still changing lives and we are blessed to be a part of those transformations. This short film shows you what the power of the Gospel does to people ready to receive God. Pedro had no reason to live any longer. He has not seen his family for 25-plus years. He was shot in his foot and was unable to have a full function because of plates and screws in his ankle. He was drowning his past with alcohol until he heard a message of a “spirit” that could heal. He was intrigued by the message because it was in English. God drew him in, touched him, and healed his pain.
Now, he is a free man and literally can not stop telling everyone about the wonders that the Lord has done in his life. He wanted to receive the spirit of God in his life. And exactly as the book of Acts states; one must repent, be baptized into Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and he will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. He was repented of his old life and chose no longer to return. He washed away his sins with the blood of Jesus through water baptism and immediately, the spirit of God filled him up.
